Mark A. Baker will be responsible for the day to day management of the firm’s multi-state platform. Mark joined the firm in March of 2018 after his time as a Managing Partner at Johnson & Freedman, LLC, and later running his own firm. Mark has over 30 years of creditor’s rights experience and has dedicated his career to representing mortgage lenders and servicers in both state and federal court, teaching continuing legal education and other training courses, publishing numerous articles, and mentoring other industry professionals. “His expertise across multiple states and practice areas is unparallel,” said Art Morris, Partner.
